Chief Financial OfficerTon van Hoof Chief Financial Officer
Ton van Hoof was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in May 2018. Ton joined A2B in October 2015 and was Group Financial Controller from April 2017 until his appointment as Chief Financial Officer. Over the last 10 years, Ton has held a number of finance roles in both listed and privately owned organisations within the personal transport, aviation, and market research sectors. His previous roles include Senior Controller at Martinair Holland N.V. and more recently Group Financial Controller Asia Pacific and Africa at IRi. Ton has a strong track record in leading finance transformation and integration initiatives across various regions, as well as experience in technical finance, treasury, strategy, and M&A transactions. Ton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fontys University Eindhoven, a Master of International Business from Macquarie University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
Managing Director and Chief Executive OfficerAndrew Skelton Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Skelton was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in June 2014 and Managing Director in December 2014. Andrew was the Group Corporate Counsel and Company Secretary from December 2011 until his appointment as CEO. Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the personal transport industry. He has held senior management and executive roles in payments and operations, including as Chief Operating Officer of Black Cabs Combined Pty Ltd from 2005 to 2011. Prior to this Andrew was a solicitor at K&L Gates in Melbourne specialising in mergers and acquisitions. Andrew holds an MBA, Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance.
Group General Counsel and Company SecretaryAdrian Lucchese Group General Counsel and Company Secretary
Adrian Lucchese was appointed as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary in October 2014. Adrian began his career with Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst) in 1988 and has held a number of senior management roles including Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of George Weston Foods Limited where, amongst other things, he was responsible for many of the improvements to its competition compliance program. From August 2011 to October 2014, Adrian was Company Secretary of AMP Capital Holdings Limited where he contributed to governance, structural and business improvement initiatives. Adrian holds Bachelor degrees in both Science and Laws from the University of Sydney and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney.
Chief Technology OfficerDeon Ludick Chief Technology Officer
Deon Ludick commenced as Chief Technology Officer in July 2016. Deon joined A2B from Macquarie Group Ltd where he held the position of Director Digital Delivery since 2015. Deon has held several senior technology related roles, including Program Director at Woolworths, responsible for rolling out transformational technology to 200,000 employees and Head of Mobile at Westpac Banking Corporation. Deon holds a diploma from the Computer Users Council in South Africa.
Chief Operating Officer, Taxi ServicesStuart Overell Chief Operating Officer, Taxi Services
Stuart Overell commenced as Chief Operating Officer, Taxi Services in November 2014. Prior to this Stuart was Chief Operating Officer for Black Cabs Combined from December 2011, Operations Manager from January 2010 and IT Manager from 2007. Before joining the Group, Stuart was IT Manager for the multi-national manufacturing company Feltex Carpets. Stuart is an Executive Councillor for the Victorian Taxi Association, holds a Bachelor of Computing (Business Systems) from Monash University and is a graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon.
